Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 calendar days of receipt of the products. The deadline is met if the customer sends the withdrawal in writing by email to happy@frohsinn.ch or by letter to Fröhlichstrasse 54, 8008 Zurich addressed to FROHSINN International AG within the deadline. No reason is required for the withdrawal.

Exercising the right of withdrawal leads to cancellation of the contract. The customer must return the products within 10 calendar days of receipt in the original packaging, intact, complete, with all accessories and together with the delivery note to the postal address of FROHSINN International AG as stated in the Legal Notice. The return is at the risk and cost of the customer. Payments already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, either in cash or by bank transfer, provided FROHSINN International AG has received the products.

FROHSINN International AG reserves the right to reduce the refund proportionally if the product is impaired or if usage benefits have been derived from it, or to charge the customer costs if advantages or impairments are due to handling of the product that goes beyond checking its properties and functions. "Checking properties and functions" means testing and trying out the product to the extent that is possible and permissible in retail.

In certain cases, a return is unfortunately not possible. This particularly concerns products that cannot be returned due to their nature or that were individually manufactured for you. In addition, greeting cards, vouchers, jewellery, care products, vintage items and SALE items are excluded from returns.
