FROHSINN offers a right of return for all products purchased in the online store within 10 days after purchase, provided that the products to be returned are unused, in the same condition as when they were received and in their original packaging.

Please note that greeting cards, vouchers, jewelry, care products, vintage items and products purchased in the SALE are excluded from the Returns excluded are.

Shipping costs for the return of items shall be borne by the customer. FROHSINN does not offer free return shipping, with the exception of damaged products. See AGB

The return form must be completed and enclosed with the return delivery. You will receive the return form with the order confirmation by e-mail.
