Please note that when shipping abroad, Swiss VAT is automatically deducted in the shopping cart, but local VAT and customs duties may apply upon receipt of the ordered goods.

Pick-up at Head Office
For online orders with pick-up at our Head Office, we will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please note that pick-up is possible Monday to Friday between 09:00 – 17:00.
Returns
FROHSINN offers a right of return for all products purchased in the online shop within 10 days of purchase, on the condition that the items to be returned are unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
Please note that greeting cards, vouchers, jewellery, care products, vintage items and products purchased in the SALE are excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. FROHSINN does not offer free return shipping, except for damaged products. See Terms & Conditions
A completed return form must be included with the return shipment. You will receive the return form with your order confirmation by email.
