Interesting family history: Lison de Caunes' grandfather, André Groult, was married to Nicole Poiret, the sister of the famous fashion designer of the 1920s and 1930s, Paul Poiret. One of their two daughters is Benoîte Groult, known for her scandalous novel "Salt on Our Skin." Benoîte is in turn the mother of Lison de Caunes.

Are you familiar with the "Invisible Collection"?
When Isabelle Dubern, one of the founders of the "Invisible Collection", dreamed of owning a Papa Bear armchair by Pierre Yovanovitch, she realized that this was not possible. The chair was exclusively produced as part of an interior design project. In exchange with her friend Anna Zaoui, the idea emerged to give such wonderful design pieces, which remain hidden and inaccessible to the public, a place. Soon Lily Froehlicher joined the project and within a short time, the collection gained a large digital presence and opened showrooms in London, New York, and Paris. With the exhibition, the "Invisible Collection" celebrated its fifth anniversary.
You can never have enough glamour
For the legendary singer and actress Cher, interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard transformed the facade of a demolished Indian palace into her pied-à-terre in Los Angeles. He adorned Ru Paul's living room with a total of 26 disco balls, and for Khloé Kardashian, he created a dressing room from three bedrooms. His clientele includes the beautiful, the wealthy, and the famous. Naturally, his own properties in Los Angeles and Palm Springs are equally impressive. Originally from Britain, Bullard initially aspired to be an actor. However, upon arriving in Hollywood, he captivated everyone with his apartment, furnished with flea market finds. It's no wonder he quickly garnered one design commission after another. He rose to stardom with his unique star style, featuring in television shows like "Million Dollar Decorators," establishing himself as one of the most renowned interior designers in the world.

And here's another insider tip . . .
That I not only enjoy good food but also restaurants with fantastic interiors probably doesn't surprise you. We discovered a wonderful place where both come together beautifully this January in Paris: The Korean restaurant OMA at the Hotel Château des Fleurs. The food there is excellent, and thanks to the elegant interior design by Quintana Partners Studio, one enjoys an exclusive living room atmosphere and unforgettable visual delight.
